起草通常是合理的。它能帮助非英语母语者表达得更自然，帮助工程师把零散笔记变成事故更新，帮助经理把长解释压缩给高层，也能提醒遗漏的边界情况、风险和结构。它还适合调整语气、翻译和准备初稿。\n\n 问题在于把草稿当成最终消息。Drafting 是在思考和编辑之前发生；dumping 则是用粘贴取代思考和编辑。草稿是私人脚手架；未经编辑的模型回答发给同事，就是把未完成工作包装成沟通。\n\n 好的 AI 辅助回复会给出结论、已核查依据、下一步和不确定性。坏的回复则是“模型这么说”，后面跟着 900 个看似合理的字。接收者要自己找答案、删掉空话、核查事实，还要判断发送者是否同意这些话。\n\n ## Hacker News 争论了什么\n\n 这个 thread 有价值，因为它没有简单道德结论。有人把原始 AI 粘贴称为新的 LMGTFY：如果对方想要通用 AI 答案，完全可以自己问。也有人怀疑职场里是否真的有人整段粘贴。很多例子说明，确实有。\n\n 也有人说这个网站本身听起来像 AI 写的。这很有意思：所谓“AI 腔”已经足够明显，泛泛节奏、过度解释、自动礼貌、缺少语境的自信都会降低信任。\n\n 最好的反驳来自包容性。AI 帮助焦虑、阅读障碍、写作能力弱、工作过载或英语不熟练的人。AI 辅助的一段说明，有时确实比“x broken”或沉默更好。因此规则不应惩罚使用工具，而应要求发送者对结果负责。\n\n ## 对别人注意力征税\n\n 每一次未编辑粘贴都在征税。第一是理解成本：模型常常回答得比问题更宽，带着定义、备选项、空泛提醒和过渡句。这些对起草有用，但在工作频道里很贵。\n\n 第二是核查成本。模型可能编造来源、政策、命令、包名、法律解释或技术步骤。如果发送者没有检查，接收者只能选择信人、信模型，或者谁都不信。\n\n 第三是责任成本。人的消息通常由发送者负责。粘贴的模型输出则让责任模糊：这是观点、草稿、引用，还是公司立场？错了谁改？\n\n 第四是文化成本。如果团队发现很多消息都是未经审阅的 AI 输出，就会少信任、多跳读、频繁要求确认。生产力工具反而制造摩擦。\n\n ## AI 真正有用的地方\n\n 成熟的 AI 实践不会禁止辅助写作，而是定义好场景：翻译、语气调整、经核查的总结、结构化、风险清单和开放问题。会议 transcript 可以变成 decision log；长客户线程可以变成 support handoff；技术争论可以变成待决问题列表。\n\n 代码评审也一样。AI 可以总结 diff 或提醒检查区域。但泛泛评论如果没有具体行、真实风险和明确修改要求，就会分散注意力。\n\n ## 发送前检查\n\n 先读完整输出。如果你自己不愿读，就不要让别人读。把内容剪到答案。删掉通用开场、过宽背景、空洞 caveats 和重复过渡。加入自己的判断：你建议什么、决定什么、需要什么。\n\n 核查事实：链接、数字、政策、代码行为、命令、包名，以及客户或监管相关说法。说明不确定性。如果只是模型建议，就这么说。如果是草稿，就标成草稿。\n\n 好的工作消息通常是：答案、理由、下一步。它可以从 AI 草稿开始，但最终价值来自人的判断。\n\n ## 不需要道德恐慌\n\n 管理者不需要发布“Slack 禁用 AI”的大禁令。更有用的是几条规范：用自己的身份写；不要把理解外包给别人；发送出去的消息代表你和团队。还要定义什么时候需要说明 AI 使用。普通句子润色未必需要标签，但客户、法律、安全或政策回答需要明确审阅。\n\n 有些地方可以容纳原始草稿：私人笔记、头脑风暴、prompt 试验。事故频道、客户线程、高管更新、PR approval 和安全决定需要更高的人类核查标准。\n\n ## 可见流程，而不是聊天倾倒\n\n GitHub 关于 agentic canvases 的文章指向更好的方向：让 state、decisions、validation 和 approval 可见、可控制。这与把聊天记录倒进团队频道正相反。\n\n 最好的工作 AI 工具不只是生产更多文字，而是显示问了什么、用了什么证据、改了什么、谁批准了、哪里还需要人来决定。自动化越强，人类 ownership
