How to send your own vocabulary for MP3 without errors
A clean MP3 vocabulary is just one pair per line. Here is the safest format, current limits, and what to remove before sending your list.

MP3 vocabularies in HabloPablo work best when the input is simple and predictable. The bot does not need a table, a document layout, or long explanations. It needs clean word pairs: one source word or phrase, one translation, one line.
Open @HabloPabloBot, choose Create MP3 audio from a vocabulary, select the language pair, and send your list.
The safest format
Use one pair per line:
hello - hola
thanks - gracias
bread - pan
timer - temporizador
You can also use the pipe separator:
hello|hola
thanks|gracias
bread|pan
timer|temporizador
Both variants are good. The dash format is easier to read, while the pipe format is useful when a word itself contains spaces.
Put the languages in the same order
The left side should match the source language you selected in the bot. The right side should be the target language.
For example, if you selected English → Spanish, send:
ready - listo
dough - masa
morning - mañana
If you selected Spanish → English, reverse the order:
listo - ready
masa - dough
mañana - morning
This matters because the MP3 is generated from the pair structure, not from guessing which language each word belongs to.
What to remove before sending
Before you send the list, remove anything that is not a vocabulary pair:
- numbering like
1.or2.; - section headers such as
FoodorTravel; - comments and explanations;
- empty translations;
- duplicate source words;
- very long sentences.
A clean list is easier to process and easier to listen to later.
Current limits
The current MP3 input limits are practical rather than theoretical:
- up to 200 pairs in one vocabulary;
- one pair can contain up to 200 characters total across both sides;
- the generated MP3 file must fit within 50 MB.
If your list is larger, split it into several smaller MP3 vocabularies. This also makes the audio easier to repeat during the day.
Good and bad examples
Good:
work - trabajo
meeting - reunión
send - enviar
Risky:
Work words:
1. work means a job or activity - trabajo
meeting - reunión, but also junta in some contexts
send
The second example mixes a header, numbering, explanations, and an incomplete line. The bot may reject it or create an awkward result.
After the bot accepts the list
HabloPablo shows a short summary: number of pairs, estimated audio duration, language pair, repeat mode, and price in Stars. Check it before paying. If something looks wrong, cancel and send a cleaner list.
